Burnham announces centre to tackle AI disinformation

Prime Minister Andy Burnham announced a National Centre for Information Defence in his first major international speech to the UN General Assembly in New York. He said it would bring together intelligence agencies, police and social media firms to find and stop AI-made false material spread by hostile states.
