Burnham announces National Centre for Information Defence at UN

Prime Minister Andy Burnham announced a National Centre for Information Defence in his first major international speech at the UN General Assembly in New York. He said the centre would work with intelligence agencies, police and social media firms to detect and disrupt AI-enabled disinformation by hostile states.
