Ciara told Entertainment Tonight her 9-year-old daughter Sienna confronted her in the kitchen with "There's a baby in your tummy." before she had told the children she was expecting baby No. 5 with husband Russell Wilson. Ciara said she was not showing and denied it, saying Sienna has sensed all her siblings' pregnancies early.
