Bungie recommits to Destiny 2 to earn back player trust

Bungie says "we are not done with Destiny" as it plans to return to Destiny 2 and improve Marathon to win back players' trust. The plan was set out in "The Next Chapter for Bungie", co-written by studio head Poria Torkan and Marathon general manager Josh Deane and published 16 September 2026.
