South Korea submits Lee Chang-dong's Netflix-produced 'Possible Love' for Oscar race

South Korea has selected Lee Chang-dong's "Possible Love" as its Best International Feature Film Oscar submission, The Hollywood Reporter confirms. The Netflix-produced film, Pinehouse Film, premiered in Venice Competition on 5 September. A limited theatrical run opens 23 October before streaming on Netflix from 6 November — a two-step awards corridor.
