Google lets you unlock your account with a selfie video

Google says users can now recover locked accounts by recording a short selfie video — turning and nodding their head — instead of needing a password or texted code. The system checks that the video shows a real, live person, not a photo or a computer-generated fake. Google has not explained how it spots fakes.
