Developer's daughter says father forced her to fake $150M loan documents, Sydney court hears
Ashlyn Nassif admitted in June to falsifying documents for a $150M Westpac construction loan — money a bank lends for building projects — for three Sydney apartment towers. His 57 Toplace companies are in administration — overseen by external managers — with $1.882bn owed to creditors.
