Miguel Gandelman wins Emmy for Super Bowl LX halftime music direction

Miguel Gandelman won the 2026 Primetime Emmy for outstanding music direction for the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show starring Bad Bunny, the Television Academy announced at the Creative Arts ceremonies in Los Angeles on September 5–6. He is only the third person to win that Emmy for a Super Bowl halftime show, after Adam Blackstone and the team of Kendrick Lamar and Tony Russell.
