Two Ghanaians Ask World Court to Investigate Attacks on Migrants in South Africa
Two Ghanaian citizens asked a world court in The Hague to investigate what they call organized attacks on migrants in South Africa. The court, which handles the worst international crimes, hasn't said if it will act. South Africa's government called the filing "opportunistic" and said its own courts can handle justice. West Africa's regional bloc condemned the reported violence.
