Armed Attack on Ohio Governor Candidate at Canfield Fair

An armed assailant lunged at Democratic Ohio governor candidate Amy Acton during a campaign stop at the Canfield Fair on Sunday, knocking volunteers down and injuring several before being arrested. Acton was unharmed. Police found weapons on the suspect. The Mahoning County sheriff's department is investigating; no motive or charges have been disclosed.
