Oura Sues Ultrahuman Over Ring Pro Sales

Oura sued Ultrahuman in Texas federal court on October 22, 2026, to stop U.S. sales of the Ring Pro and collect money. It claims the Ring Pro violates design patent D804,471 and patent 12,769,363, issued October 20. Patents protect creations.
