Asia's football body backs Infantino for a fourth FIFA term

Asia's football body, the AFC, has endorsed Gianni Infantino for a fourth and final term as FIFA president. AFC president Sheikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa made the announcement in Tokyo. He had co-signed a letter criticising Infantino over his failed World Cup stake-sale plan. Candidates have until 18 November to stand in the March election in Rabat.
