AI Company Anthropic to Donate Shares to Charity

Anthropic said Oct. 18 it will create a charity fund it fully owns and give it 5% of its company shares, if shareholders agree. Like setting aside part of a business for good causes, it will support projects that help society. Rules for running it will follow in coming months.
