ICE Agent Used Wife's Police Login for 983 Flock Plate Searches

ICE agent Tyler Harpe ran 983 searches on 97 plates using his wife Amber Harpe's Savannah police login for Flock, a network of license-plate cameras. The plates were overwhelmingly registered to Hispanic drivers. Savannah police do not share Flock data with ICE. Both said the use was strictly law enforcement, and Tyler said each person was an ICE target.
