Anthropic Plans Public Benefit Fund With 5% of Shares

Anthropic said Oct. 18 it will create a public benefit fund structured as a wholly-owned entity and seed it with 5% of its shares, subject to stockholder approval. The fund will support societal-good projects, with governance details to follow in coming months.
