Melbourne Hiker Dies on Solo Trip in Peru

Jordan Yap, 30, from Melbourne, has been found dead in Peru weeks after not returning from a hiking trip alone, friends and family said in a social media post. The experienced hiker last called his family on 14 September before a planned 10-day Huayhuash loop hike through the remote Andes mountains.
