Melbourne Hiker Found Dead After Solo Andes Trek

Jordan Yap, 30, from Melbourne, was found dead in Peru weeks after failing to return from a solo trek, friends and family said in a social media post. The experienced hiker last contacted family on 14 September before starting his planned Huayhuash circuit, a 10-day route through the remote Andes.
