What happened in the Erie shooting that killed nine

Police say nine people were killed Oct. 9 in Erie, Pennsylvania, including two children and the man believed to be the shooter. Officers called about gunshots found two women dead outside a house on Perry Street. The man locked himself inside for hours — what police call a standoff — and was found dead, apparently by his own hand.
