Russia Says No Plague After Young Lab Worker's Death

Russia told the World Health Organization it found no plague cases, a dangerous infection, in Irkutsk after Oct. 2 death of Darya Shipilova, 28, a researcher at the Anti-Plague Institute. Rospotrebnadzor, Russia's health agency, said people around her showed no germs and checks are done. The WHO is watching amid questions about how her lung infection, pneumonia, death was judged.
