
U.S. to Penalize International Court, Block Dealings
The U.S. foreign-affairs department said Oct. 9, 2026 it will penalize the International Criminal Court in The Hague and stop all business dealings with it. The decision uses section 1(a)(ii)(A) of a presidential order, Executive Order 14203. It said the United States never joined the court.
