QNB Plans to Join With Victory Bank

QNB Corp. said Sept. 30, 2025 it plans to join with The Victory Bancorp to help grow. QNB says profit for each share of its stock in 2026 could be about 16% higher because of the joining, according to the company. That guess alone doesn't say what joining will cost or what it is worth.
