Trump Backs Plan to Change Credit Card Fees

President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance backed the Credit Card Competition Act, the Wall Street Journal reported Oct. 8. Shops pay banks billions when shoppers swipe — money that pays for card rewards. Backing is not a new law. I see more talk that could worry banks, but nothing has changed yet.
