NZ First to push backyard fireworks ban in coalition talks

New Zealand First says it will seek a ban on backyard fireworks in talks to form a government after the 7 November election. The party said its law change to stop shop sales and home use is already drafted for its first 100 days in office. Large public displays run by professionals would still be allowed.
