London NBA Europe franchise draws three bids over $1 billion

Three bidders topped $1 billion for a permanent London franchise in NBA Europe, the planned 16-team league with FIBA: Todd Boehly, a consortium involving ex-Spurs chairman Daniel Levy and MSP Sports Capital, and Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. Other franchises are expected to cost from $500 million.
