South Korea to Act If Russia Fuel Shipments Broke Law

South Korea says it will take legal action if fuel loaded at its ports and sent to Russia broke domestic law. In an Oct. 8 joint statement, foreign, trade and customs agencies said they are checking Guardian reporting. Seoul will review actual routes and declared destinations before ruling on legality.
