Meta Adds New Tool to Block Ads That Hide Child Abuse Links

Meta said Oct. 7 it is using a new computer system that can read and understand words to find trick ads. These ads look normal but send people to illegal material showing child sexual abuse on other sites. The system checks the ad and where it leads to block those sites and take action against the accounts behind them.
