Houthi Strike Hits Aden Runway, Cairo Flight Diverted

Yemen's government says Houthi ballistic missiles — long-range guided weapons — and explosive drones, small pilotless aircraft, struck Aden airport's runway Oct. 7, minutes before Yemenia Flight 603 from Cairo was to land. It diverted to Jeddah. Planes on the ground were moved, and safety is under review. Aden is the Saudi-backed government's main international airport.
