Danilo Alves Silva, 46, was arrested for allegedly pretending to be an ICE agent — U.S. immigration officers — to frighten voters at Miami-Dade College, where Brazilians in Miami vote for Brazil's president. Detectives from the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Homeland Security Bureau arrested him. Voting from abroad only works if people trust voting will not put them at immigration risk.
