1,615 Applications Published for New Internet Endings

ICANN published 1,615 applications for new generic top-level domains, the endings after the dot, on 7 October 2026. Applications were filed from 30 April to 12 August. The release lists requested names, applicants, contention sets where rivals seek the same name, and public parts of filings. A final list is due 17 November.
