Trump Approves Firing-Squad Execution for Fort Hood Killer Nidal Hasan

President Donald Trump approved execution by firing squad, death by gunfire, for Nidal Hasan, the former Army psychiatrist convicted of killing 13 people in the 2009 Fort Hood shooting, the Pentagon said. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth recommended the action. The Army set the execution for Dec. 3 at Fort Hood, Texas.
