Skydance buys Warner Bros. Discovery for $110 billion

Skydance bought Warner Bros. Discovery for $110 billion on Oct. 6, 2026. The combined company will be called Skydance. It joins two big movie studios, two streaming services for watching shows online, and TV networks including CBS.
