Skydance completes $110 billion Warner Bros. Discovery purchase

Skydance closed its $110 billion purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery on Oct. 6, 2026. The merged company will operate as Skydance. The deal combines two major movie studios, two worldwide streaming services, and TV properties including CBS.
