Tyler Perry selling big Beverly Hills house for $57 million

$57 million is the price tag Tyler Perry put on his big Beverly Hills house at 10 Beverly Ridge Terrace on Sept. 29, after saying he will move to Puerto Rico. The almost 25,000-square-foot home has nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms and a guesthouse, Robb Report reports. Like a sticker price, it opens bargaining, not the final sale.
