Tyler Perry asks $57 million for Beverly Hills mansion

$57 million is Tyler Perry's asking price for his Beverly Hills home at 10 Beverly Ridge Terrace, listed Sept. 29 after he said he plans to move to Puerto Rico. The nearly 25,000-square-foot house has nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms and a guesthouse, Robb Report reports. That figure starts talks, it doesn't fix the final sale price.
