Luxon says Labour's equal-pay promise is missing money

National leader Christopher Luxon says there is 'a real hole' in Labour's spending plan. He says $8.5 billion for its equal-pay promise is missing, with Treasury, the Government's advisers, putting the cost to restore the old rules at about $11 billion. Labour says its plan is 'fully costed and fully funded', with $10.5 billion set aside and unspent.
