Media reports name Hamam al-Hammami, an Omani citizen, as the co-pilot, the second pilot, accused of attacking the captain with an axe on Flydubai Flight FZ1073 from Dubai to Israel. The Associated Press, citing sources, says Oman had stopped him from flying over 'extremist' views. Passengers held him down before an urgent landing in Saudi Arabia.
