
Two Men Accused of Planning Manchester Attack
British authorities have accused Rahman Salehi, 34, and Salam Ahmadyan, 36, both from Iran, of planning an attack on Jewish people in Manchester by Yom Kippur, a Jewish holy day. Police say the pair, arrested Sept. 20, collected bomb parts, studied targets, and spoke with someone abroad who might be in Iran.
