Two Iranians Charged in Manchester Plot With Alleged Iran Link

British authorities charged Iranians Rahman Salehi, 34, and Salam Ahmadyan, 36, with preparing a Manchester attack on the Jewish community on or before Yom Kippur. Police allege they sought bomb components, scouted targets, and were in contact with an overseas third party who may be in Iran. Both were arrested Sept. 20.
