Britain Charges Two Iranians in Manchester Plot

Britain has charged Iranian nationals Rahman Salehi, 34, and Salam Ahmadyan, 36, over an alleged plan to attack Manchester's Jewish community by Yom Kippur. Police say the men, arrested Sept. 20, gathered bomb parts, surveyed targets, and communicated with a third person abroad who may be in Iran.
