
Gaza Medical Aid Delays Could Prove Devastating
The World Health Organization warned Oct. 3, 2026 that repeated delays in moving life-saving medicines, prosthetics, artificial limbs, and other supplies from Israel into Gaza risk “devastating consequences.” Its representative, Reinhilde Van De Weerdt, urged Israel to “release the pressure on medical supplies.” Approved aid currently enters only through Kerem Shalom crossing.
