Kyiv's Mayor Says Attacks Are Breaking the City Apart

Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko warned Oct. 2 that increased Russian drone and missile attacks are 'tearing Kyiv apart,' a 'very dramatic situation' for basic services like power and roads, homes, and delivery of food and supplies. He said the city of about three million cannot live normally and must act like a city at war.
