Wales's leader Rhun ap Iorwerth said he told Prime Minister Andy Burnham 'do not undermine Wales as a nation'. The BBC said he spoke at Welsh party Plaid Cymru's yearly meeting in Llandudno. The Guardian said it was his first speech since starting the job. The BBC said Mr Burnham promised he would not.
