Welsh First Minister Rhun ap Iorwerth said he told Prime Minister Andy Burnham 'do not undermine Wales as a nation'. The BBC said he was speaking at Plaid Cymru's annual conference in Llandudno. The Guardian said it was his first address since taking office. The BBC said Mr Burnham promised he would not.
