Welsh First Minister Rhun ap Iorwerth said he told Prime Minister Andy Burnham 'do not undermine Wales as a nation'. The BBC said he spoke at Plaid Cymru's annual conference in Llandudno. The Guardian said it was his first address since taking office. The BBC said Mr Burnham promised him he would not.
