Bill Withers publisher sues UMG, Sony and Kobalt over Olivia Dean track

Mattie Music Group, doing business as Bleunig Music, filed a seven-page complaint on 1 October in federal court in Los Angeles against UMG, Capitol Records, Sony Publishing and Kobalt. It alleges Olivia Dean's 'I've Seen It' copies the melody of Bill Withers' 1981 'Just the Two of Us'. No finding has been made.
