Extra car license cameras found in St. Lucie County

St. Lucie County thought it had 52 approved cameras that photograph car license plates. A check found 14 more put up without permission on public land by roads. The Sheriff's Office said three were theirs, leaving 11 with no known owner. The county ordered them removed and will cover the rest so they stop recording.
