St. Lucie County finds 11 unpermitted Flock cameras with unknown owners

St. Lucie County officials thought they had 52 authorized Flock license-plate readers. An audit found 14 additional unpermitted units in county rights-of-way; three were claimed by the Sheriff's Office, leaving 11 with unidentified owners. The county posted removal orders and will cover unclaimed units to block collection.
