
Bladder and kidney doctors in short supply across country
The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons says doctors for bladder and kidney problems are in short supply in Southland and elsewhere. Chair Dr Sharon English told RNZ's Morning Report that Tauranga and Nelson hospitals often bring in temporary doctors to fill gaps. Health New Zealand says it is working to build up staff numbers.
