Man Arrested on Suspicion of Planning Attack on Texas Capitol

Benny Caldera Jr., 40, was arrested early Wednesday on suspicion of planning a violent attack Thursday on the Texas Capitol building in Austin. State police say they acted on a believable tip from Tuesday evening. He is jailed on $75,000 bail and could face a serious charge for threatening a government worker. Arrest does not mean guilty.
