Paramount to Share Top Job in Giant Studio Deal

Paramount said Sept. 30 former Mattel boss Ynon Kreiz will share the top job with David Ellison once Paramount's $110 billion purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery is complete. Ellison will set direction for stories, technology and spending; Kreiz, starting Oct. 5, will run daily work and blend the two companies together.
